AREA III LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
The Area III Leadership Conference is a three-day leadership training event organized by the Area III Officers for district officers. During this immersive experience, district officers receive training in essential leadership skills and concepts needed to perform their roles effectively. The conference covers a range of topics from facilitation to committee processes, making it a foundational component of leadership development within the Texas FFA and the Area III Association.

What is the Chapter Leadership Conference?
The Area III Chapter Leadership Conference is a one-day immersive leadership experience open to all members of the Area III Association. Throughout the day, members participate in dynamic workshops led by District Officers, where they receive training in essential leadership skills and concepts. The conference also features four engaging general sessions facilitated by the Area III Officers and Texas FFA State Officers, making it a vital event for cultivating leadership potential and strengthening member involvement across the association.

Area III FFA ELITE Conference
What is the ELITE Conference?
The Area III ELITE Conference is a one-day leadership development program designed for FFA members who aspire to serve in future leadership roles. Led by the Area III Officer Team, this conference provides focused training through four interactive workshops that challenge members to grow personally and professionally. With an emphasis on building confidence, communication, and a servant leadership mindset, the ELITE Conference equips dedicated members with the tools and inspiration needed to take the next step in their FFA journey.
